Corporate Training & Partnerships
We develop custom programmes for corporate clients and partner with training platforms to extend the reach of international tax education.
Every organisation faces different tax challenges. We start with a free consultation to understand yours, then scope and build a programme from scratch. Delivery format — self-paced, live online, or in-person at your location — and pricing are agreed during the consultation. Here are two examples of how an engagement might work.
Example: UAE Corporate Tax
Government & CorporateThe UAE introduced a 9% federal corporate tax in 2023 — a major shift for businesses and regulators in a previously tax-free jurisdiction. A government revenue office or multinational operating in the region contacts MojiTax to upskill its team.
How it works: We hold a free consultation to understand the team's current knowledge, the specific areas they need to cover (CT framework, free zone rules, transfer pricing documentation, PE risk), and their preferred delivery format. We then scope a programme — this could be a self-paced course their team completes over several weeks, a series of live online sessions with a tutor, or in-person delivery at the client's offices. The programme includes practice scenarios through MojiTax Tools, a competency assessment for each participant, and a downloadable skills matrix. After the programme concludes, we provide post-learning support to address questions that arise once the team applies the training in practice.
Example: ADIT Exam Preparation for an Advisory Firm
Exam PreparationAn international advisory firm wants a cohort of its tax associates to sit the ADIT qualification. Rather than leaving each associate to study independently, they want a structured, firm-wide programme with group sessions, progress tracking, and professionally-marked mock exams.
How it works: The firm contacts MojiTax to discuss group enrolment. We hold a consultation to understand the cohort size, which ADIT modules are relevant to the firm's practice areas, and the exam sitting they're targeting. We then set up a structured programme — this could combine self-paced course access for individual study with scheduled live online revision sessions led by a tutor, or in-person workshops at the firm's offices in the weeks before the exam. Each associate receives access to the full course material, a professionally-marked mock exam returned within 5 working days, and access to MojiTax Connect for peer discussion. The firm receives progress reporting per associate so managers can track readiness, and we provide post-exam support for anyone who needs to resit.
We work with training platforms, professional bodies, and universities to extend the reach of international tax education. Partnerships can involve course licensing, co-branded programmes, content development, or access to MojiTax Tools as a practice simulator for your learners. Here are two examples of how a partnership might work.
Example: UK Training Provider
Course LicensingA UK-based professional training provider wants to add international tax courses to their catalogue without building the content from scratch. They already have a learner base of accountants and tax advisers but no in-house expertise in ADIT or cross-border taxation.
How it works: The provider contacts MojiTax to discuss licensing. We hold an initial call to understand their platform, audience profile, and which qualifications are most relevant to their learners. We then agree on a licensing model — this could be white-label content delivered through the provider's own LMS, a co-branded programme where both organisations are visible, or a referral arrangement where learners enrol directly on MojiTax with the provider as an affiliate. We handle all content development and quality assurance. The provider receives ongoing access to updated material as syllabuses change, and we provide joint marketing support to help launch the courses to their existing audience.
Example: Spanish University
MojiTax Tools IntegrationA university in Spain running a master's programme in international taxation wants to give its students hands-on professional practice skills — not just academic knowledge. They need a practice simulator where students work through real-world tax scenarios and build measurable competence before entering the job market.
How it works: The university contacts MojiTax to discuss integrating MojiTax Tools into their curriculum. We hold a consultation to understand which modules they teach, what practical skills they want students to develop, and how the tool fits into their academic calendar. We then configure access to MojiTax Tools for their student cohort — students work through practice scenarios covering forms, filings, and real-world case studies relevant to their syllabus. Each student receives a downloadable skills matrix benchmarking their competence across the topics they've practised. The university receives aggregated progress reporting per cohort, and we provide ongoing support as they integrate the tool into future academic years.
